Cancellation Policy
Coaching Program Policy & Agreement Program Duration: 4 Weeks (Weekly Sessions) Payment Option: Weekly Installments (Automatic Payments) 1. Payment Terms Weekly coaching sessions must be paid in advance, no less than 48 hours before the scheduled meeting. Example: If your payment date is Wednesday, your coaching session will be scheduled 48 hours later, on Friday. Payments are processed automatically according to your chosen schedule. Once a coaching session has been delivered, payments are non-refundable. 2. Scheduling & Rescheduling Sessions are scheduled upon receipt of payment. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited, depending on availability. 3. Cancellation Policy You may cancel future sessions at any time, but payments for already delivered sessions are non-refundable. Cancelling the entire program does not guarantee a refund for sessions already completed. 4. Confidentiality & Scope of Coaching All sessions are confidential. Notes and discussions are private unless legally required. Coaching is intended for personal development and guidance. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or professional mental health care. 5. Agreement & Legal Disclaimer By enrolling in this coaching program and making payments, you agree to this policy, which serves as a binding agreement/contract between you and Soaps Candles and Dots / The Self Love Light. Coaching results depend on your active participation; outcomes may vary by individual. Any disputes will first attempt to be resolved amicably. If legal action is required, it will be governed under the laws of Florida.
