Moon Letter #4 — The People Who Help Us Stay Human

Full Moon in Aquarius • July 29, 2026

There is something about this Full Moon that feels electric in a quiet way. Not chaotic. Not dramatic. More like the moment you suddenly realize you cannot keep shrinking yourself just to remain understandable to people who were never really listening in the first place.

This moon feels connected to truth, community, individuality, and the quiet courage it takes to live honestly in a world that constantly rewards performance. It shines a light on the places where we edit ourselves down to stay comfortable for others. The places where we disconnect from our own voice because being accepted can sometimes feel safer than being real.

And honestly, I think many of us are tired of pretending. Tired of acting unaffected.Tired of making ourselves smaller.Tired of carrying the feeling that we have to fit perfectly somewhere before we are allowed to belong. But this moon reminds us that belonging was never supposed to cost us our authenticity.

The Buck Moon gets its name from the season when deer begin growing new antlers. Quiet growth. Natural growth. The kind that happens slowly and almost invisibly at first; and maybe that is what this season feels like too.

Not becoming louder for attention. Not reinventing yourself overnight.Just slowly growing into a more honest version of who you already are.

This Full Moon feels less about becoming someone new and more about allowing yourself to stop abandoning the parts of you that were never wrong to begin with.

Mirror Moment

  • Where have I been hiding parts of myself to feel accepted?

Ritual Spark

Tonight, step outside for a few minutes if you can. Let yourself breathe fresh air without immediately reaching for your phone. Light a candle. Sit quietly. Ask yourself what parts of your life feel genuinely aligned and which ones feel performative, draining, or disconnected from who you are becoming.

For this Full Moon, I find myself reaching for the Lucid Roller when I need clarity instead of noise and the Peace & Clarity Spray when I want my space to feel lighter, calmer, and more intentional. Not because rituals magically solve life, but because small moments of presence help us hear ourselves again.

A Quiet Reminder

You do not need to become less emotional, less different, or less human in order to belong.

This Full Moon is not asking you to transform into someone else entirely, it is asking you to stop apologizing for who you already are. This Full Moon might be the begining of a different conversation with yourself. If you'd like a companion for that journey, I created one for you. You can find that companion HERE.

Until then, may you continue finding the people, spaces, and rituals that help you feel safe enough to be fully yourself.

With love from someone learning too,Francheska.
